Genesis 9:1 And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.
Genesis 27:33 And Isaac trembled very exceedingly, and said, Who? where is he that hath taken venison, and brought it me, and I have eaten of all before thou camest, and have blessed him? yea, and he shall be blessed.
Canaan did not do anything wrong Ham did. However, God had already bless Ham so Noah could not curse him, so he cursed his son Canaan. If he had been able to curse Ham all his posterity would have been cursed including Canaan. In cursing Canaan only his posterity would be cursed. Either way Canaan was cursed.
It is not specifically stated what Ham did. However, it was more than just seeing Noah naked.
Genesis 9:24 And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him.
We do not have many choices to choose from. Remember, sexual perversion was the order of the day in the world they just came out of. Not much else is given in the way of description.
