The seven angels enter the sceen after the mark of the beast has been introduced.
Revelation 16:1-2 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. 2And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
Hence, the earth has not reached that point as yet. The seven seals also takes place during Daniel’s seventieth week.
Revelation 6:9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
These are those who were martyred for not taking the mark and worshipping the Beast.
Chapter 6 ends with the second coming. The Book of Revelation is divided into four parts when dealing with the tribulation and second coming just as the gospels are for the fist coming. You will see the second coming ending Chapters 6, 11, 14, 19. The seals, trumpets, 7 angels, run concurrently. Just as with the gospels you have to put the four accounts together to get the whole picture.
