There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
1 Corinthians 10:13
Not being tempted beyond what you are able means you can resist any temptation. Many times, God puts more on you than you can handle, so that you have to look to Him for help?
Psalms 50:15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
If you can handle everything, how is God to be glorified?
