A Fellowship in Christ Jesus,
IN the World, Not of the World

All Scripture Reference are KJV
unless otherwise noted

Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.

Malachi 3:16

Study to shew thyself approved unto God,
a workman that needeth not to be ashamed,
rightly dividing the word of truth.

2 Timothy 2:15

Acts 8:37

Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. 36And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? 37And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

Acts 8:35-37

Some claim that verse 37 should not be in the Bible. It is obvious to anyone with an honest heart that it belongs in the passage. A manuscript being older does not mean better. The reading is found in several extant texts, and as I say, even if it wasn’t you know it belongs.

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

The eunuch fulfilled Romans 10:9, he believed with the heart and confessed with the mouth. Of course, maybe Romans 10:9 does not belong either.
