A Fellowship in Christ Jesus,
IN the World, Not of the World

All Scripture Reference are KJV
unless otherwise noted

Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.

Malachi 3:16

Study to shew thyself approved unto God,
a workman that needeth not to be ashamed,
rightly dividing the word of truth.

2 Timothy 2:15

Romans 8:28

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Romans 8:28

This verse can and is to be applied everywhere and at all times. It answers the question, “Why do the righteous suffer?” We are not called to a life that will be a bed of roses. That false idea will lead to disappointment and confusion. Whatever those who love God are called to do or go through will, in the end, be good.

Romans 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

Philippians 1:29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;

A brother who once told me that he and his wife sat down with their teenage daughter one night to discuss salvation and Christian service; the daughter confirmed her love of Christ and desire to give her life in service to him. Two days later, she was killed by a drunk driver; five of her friends received Christ unto salvation at her funeral service.

If you love God and Christ, whatever you have to go through will be of the Lord and meant for good.
