To judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that the man of the earth may no more oppress.

It is the last part of the prayer for God to bring judgment upon the wicked.

The wicked mock God.
Wherefore doth the wicked contemn God?
- Contemn – Look down on with disdain; treat as of small value, view with contempt; disregard; despise, scorn.
The wicked believe that there is no judgment of God.
he hath said in his heart, Thou wilt not require it.
God sees and will judge all.
Thou hast seen it; for thou beholdest mischief and spite, to requite it with thy hand.
To judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that the man of the earth may no more oppress.
Revelation 20:12 KJV
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Those that know not God will be cast out.
The LORD is King for ever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land.

God hears the humble and prepares their hearts to hear and understand His saving grace.
