Daniel 3:25
It appears, at least if you are using a KJV, that it was God manifested in the form of his future incarnation, a man. It was most likely a prophetic utterance on the Kings part. It was probably the same as Joshua 5.
Joshua 5:14 And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant?
It is, as most things, a controversial issue within the “Church”.
