Obviously, men are not procreated (the system of self-replication) physically equal. Although, the basic design of man is in the image of God.
The Bible does say that men ought to be equal before the bar of justice.
Deuteronomy 16:19-20 Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous. 20 That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
Deuteronomy 27:19 Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen.
The Bible in general is against discrimination.
James 2:1-4 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons. 2For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment; 3And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool: 4Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?
You are to treat the rich and poor alike, treat all men fairly with the same benefits or opportunities unless their actions prevent such. The man who robbed you is not treated with the same respect as the customer doing business with you. Hence, like situations require like responses. A poor customer deserves the same service as the rich.
In salvation all men stand equally condemned and have equal access to redemption.
1 Timothy 4:10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.
Christ died to open the door of salvation to all, it is up to each individual whether he takes advantage of it.
Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
The Royal Law, to do unto others as you would have done unto you, is a law of equality.
James 2:8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
This demands that you treat others as equally as you would want to be treated.
I hope this helps.
